The team of Dick Rivanera, Dr. John Benware and Tim Marsh came out on top in the 2011 TCGA 3-Man Scramble on May 14th, shooting an impressive 15 under Par 57 at the historic Montrose Club in Montrose PA.. Four teams tied for second posting 13 under par 59s. The second place teams were the teams of Mayor Matt Ryan, Bob Charno and Wade Mignery the team of Brian Brick, Brad Smith and Tyler Jensen, the team of Jake Sladish, Chris Sladish and John Smith, and the team of Lew Grubham, Jerry Smith and Dave Snyder.
Another highlight of the day was Wade Mignery's Ace on the par 4 6th hole, Congratulations Wade.
While the weather threatened to be a problem just prior to tournament time, Mother Nature turned off the rain as if on cue for the Noon shotgun start. While the sun never exactly showed up we had a pretty good day for golf all in all. Use the "Read more" button below for complete results.
